Project Spotlight:
Backyard Makeover
On this outdoor living project, MCR collaborated with the client on a design that implemented every single feature they wanted for their dream backyard. We demolished what was previously an old and rotted wood deck first. Then, a new larger composite deck was built with a gable roof equipped with recessed lighting. A screened enclosure was added along with a full size recessed hot tub into the exposed part of the deck. MCR also constructed a secondary ground level deck slightly further in the yard complete with an outdoor kitchen, and finished both decks lower openings with privacy wall-style skirting.
